I recently ordered the Gold Bangles-138 (Golden) and overall the design and finish are quite جميلة (beautiful). The quality looks good and matches the pictures shared online.
However, I faced an issue with the size. Unfortunately, the bangles sent to me are smaller than the size I ordered, which makes them difficult to wear. This was disappointing, as I was really looking forward to using them.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and guide me on the exchange or replacement process. Proper sizing is very important for such products, so I hope this can be improved for future orders.
